Chocolate Course for Beginners

During 3 day basic course You will discover how to work with chocolate. Eecutive Pastry Chef Sławomir Gołaszewski will teach You techniques of tempering and making decorations. On this course You will make your first chocolate showpiece.
Course in english.
No previous knowledge required.

Plan szkolenia:

Day 1

1. Introduction: Let's get to know each other better
2. From plantation to production of chocolate: We explain to you step by step how to make chocolate with technology process to achieve ready chocolate.
3. Chocolate Classification: We explain different kind of chocolate, type and how to use each other for production. Also we teach you how to avoid mistakes and we explain typical chocolates errors.
4. Melting and tempering chocolate: You learn how to melt chocolate without any problems and tempering to use different ways
5. Little chocolate decoration: You discover technics how to make different chocolate decoration to use for decorating cakes and desserts.


Day 2

1. You first chocolate showpiece: From idea to ready product. Inspiration, planning, drawing, doing mold and use learning technic
2. Prepare each part of showpiece: Step by step we teach how to make each elemts and build ready chocolate composition


Day 3

1. Implementation of showpiece: Build decoration from each part
2. Last finishing touch: Coloring, add small elements etc.
3. Discussion and questions regarding chocolate course
